Project Overview
Since its founding, Solidarity & Fraternity has devoted 45 years of deep humanitarian service to vulnerable children and communities in Haiti. Through unwavering local and international commitment, the organization has supported and facilitated over 550 adoptions, giving children safe, loving and permanent families.
Beyond adoptions, their mission beats strongly in the classrooms of the local schools they fund and run. By nurturing education, providing daily hot meals and fostering community support networks, they are actively building sustainable pathways to the future.
The objective
- Rebuild the digital ecosystem from the ground up.
- Recover and catalog the association’s historical content and milestones.
- Migrate hosting to secure, high-performance environments.
- Equip the site with digital tools: donations, newsletter systems and strict GDPR compliance.
The Challenge
Before our involvement, the association’s flagship website was in a state of critical failure. Plagued by unmaintained legacy infrastructure, repeated server outages and aggressive automated spam attacks, the site could no longer serve as a reliable point of contact.
Critical failure
Fatal backend crashes made the main conversion funnel completely inaccessible to organic traffic.
Spam attacks
Vulnerable form touchpoints were continuously targeted by automated bots, compromising submissions and polluting CRM databases.
Poor UX
An outdated, non-responsive design structure caused high bounce rates and displayed incorrectly on modern mobile devices.
