Your AR/VR experience, step by step

The goals

What we aim to achieve with you

An AR/VR experience is not a gadget: it has to serve a precise use, buying, visiting or learning. Every project serves four goals.

01

Remove doubt before buying

Customers see the product at scale, at home or on themselves, before they order.

02

Remove the access barrier

A link or a QR code is enough: with WebAR, the experience opens in the browser, with no app to install.

03

Train through practice

Learners practice a job or a gesture in a guided scenario before moving on to the real thing.

04

Stay fast and findable

Lightweight 3D models and deferred loading: the experience does not slow your page down.

Our method

From your use case to a live experience, in six steps

A structured, transparent process: you always know where your AR/VR experience stands and what comes next.

01

Scoping & use scenario

Together we define who uses the experience, on which device, where and for what outcome: buying, visiting or learning.

02

3D modeling

Products, objects or sets are modeled, or reused if they already exist, then lightened to load quickly.

03

Experience design

Journeys, gestures and instructions are designed so a first-time user understands within seconds.

04

Development & integration

WebAR in the browser, virtual reality or an application, integrated into your store, your site or your training tool.

05

Multi-device testing

Checks on common smartphones and browsers, with a standard 3D view as a fallback when a device cannot run augmented reality.

06

Launch & measurement

Launch, usage tracking (opens, placements, completed journeys) and adjustments.

Frequently asked questions

AR/VR experiences: your questions

What is the difference between augmented reality and virtual reality?

Augmented reality (AR) overlays 3D objects on the real world, most often through a smartphone screen. Virtual reality (VR) places the user in a fully virtual environment, usually with a headset.

What is WebAR?

WebAR is an augmented reality experience that runs inside the mobile browser, without going through the App Store or Google Play. A link, a QR code or a button on your product page is enough to open it.

Does WebAR work on every smartphone?

Compatibility has improved a lot, but it still depends on the system version and the browser. That is why we build in a standard 3D view as a fallback rather than an error message.

Which products and uses is it for?

Trying on glasses, jewelry and accessories, viewing furniture or a product at home, demonstrating a technical object, virtual showrooms, and also training: job scenarios in augmented reality.

How is it different from a 3D configurator?

The 3D configurator customizes the product on the product page. Augmented reality then lets people see that same configured product in their own space. The two complement each other.

How long does it take to build an AR/VR experience?

It depends on the number of objects, the complexity of the journey and the target devices. We give you a precise timeline after the discovery call.

How much does an AR/VR experience cost?

Every project is unique. We provide a tailored quote once we understand your use case, your products or training content and the target devices. Book a meeting to discuss it.

Does an AR/VR experience increase sales?

No result can be guaranteed: it depends on your product, your audience and your market. We define the indicators to track with you from the scoping stage, such as opens, placements or completed journeys.
